Your client can remove the stress of obtaining estimates and reporting claims to their insurance company, instead leaving this to be handled by industry professionals, ensuring any repair or reinstatement works are completed to a high standard. The complete property repair and / or reinstatement service are at no charge to your policyholder.

The Process

How We Work

The policy holder will speak to one of our experienced call handlers via your dedicated claims number. We will then arrange for a dedicated local loss assessor to contact the policy holder, via our external repair network.

Once the policy holder speaks to our repair network and agrees to the service, a detailed schedule of works and a damage report will be prepared for their insurer and the policyholder's appointed loss assessor will negotiate on all repairs or reinstatement work.

All repairs are carried out by network member contractors and overseen by a project manager.

The policy holders insurer will be invoiced for any repairs or work undertaken.

The policy holder would pay any excess due under the terms of their policy.

Network contractors are only paid once the policy holder has confirmed they are happy with the works carried out and confirmed this on our external repair network customer satisfaction survey.
